- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

- Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
- Once approved, you must ship the product back to the return address provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Refund Processing
- After receiving and inspecting the return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
