  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
  • Once approved, you must ship the product back to the return address provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund Processing

  • After receiving and inspecting the return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
